    Enrolment Terms and Conditions

    1.    This option is for personal development only. There will be no achievement of a certificate and you will not be able to obtain professional insurance to work as a practitioner. 

    2.   You will not be required to complete assignments and your work will not be assessed. You can of course complete the activities for your own enjoyment and benefit, but please do not upload any work to the learning platform. 

    3.   If you do wish to upgrade to a Practitioner version of the course, you will be required to pay the full price of £1350.

    4.    Course Fees and Refunds:

    a.    Course fees are to be paid via online bank deposit or via PayPal/Credit/Direct Debit and are required upon enrolment - we will send you an invoice, which when paid will enable us to set you up on the learning platform. 

    b.     Course fees and part thereof are non-refundable.

    5.    While all care and due diligence are taken, please be advised that in the unlikely event that any harm or injury is caused by the practical application of any information or instruction supplied by the course materials themselves or Kintsugi Creative Holistic Wellbeing and their employees and representatives we can accept no liability.

    6.    This course is not suitable for people who are currently experiencing mental health issues as some activities may cause emotional triggers.

    In agreeing to these terms and conditions you are stating that you are not aware of having any mental health issues and that you are not currently receiving treatment for a mental health issue.

    8. This course has not been written for people who have specific learning difficulties, or medical conditions that may impact your ability to read, write or comprehend the course content, however, course content is downloadable in PDF format and may work with screen readers/additional equipment that you have. In agreeing to these terms and conditions you are stating that you are aware of your own learning abilities and will personally seek any additional support/tutorage/equipment that you may require to complete the course. 

    9. This is not     a government regulated course but instead an industry regulated course, which is usual in many countries for this type of modality. There are a wide range of holistic and complementary therapies modalities which do not fit into the Government Training Frameworks in most countries. These include Yoga, Holistic Counselling, Meditation and Holistic Arts Therapies, just to name a few. Many governments have decided that these modalities should be industry regulated.
